LOL

Unless you're in an area where the newest "business class" is available, it doesn't get any better than that.

RR is 2048/384 except for their newest "business class" (3072/1024) just being tries (at premium prices) in some areas.

You're probably using an untweaked XP right outa the box, would be my guess?

You can read the posts and tips on this site and tweak away all you want. As long as you're staying within 95% of your upload/download caps(which it looks like you are), you're doing fine. :)

Most of the people I deal with personally and on the Internet are using 95 and 98(I also use 98SE on one of my computers), so I maintain my website for their use. :) I am fairly new to XP myself and am still learning about it. With all the information and help that is already out there, I doubt if I will ever create a website for XP.

I am running XP pro and on Roadrunner. I have tried all the tweaks on this particular rig and have gotten no improvements. My test results look exactly like yours. They range form 1930 to 2030 every time. My other two XP machines have no tweaks and they test the same.

Your caps are 2000/384....... you aren't going to get anymore speed, you are getting 100%, no tweak is going to improve your speed above your caps. :)
