NEWEGG is the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Post by mwkirchner »

I purchased almost all of the parts for my new computer from NEWEGG. They were (and still are) the best out there. When my computer got built we had a problem. Weren't sure if it was the mobo or PSU. I went to NEWEGG's site and requested an RMA and it got approved in about 5 hours. When I took the video card out I accidently broke the tab that holds it in. I called NEWEGG to explain what I had done and they told me not to worry about it. They told me to send it back anyways. I did and within a week I had the new mobo back. Can not ask for anything better then that.

THAT IS WHAT I CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I tell everyone that I know, if they are ordering parts for their computer, to check with NEWEGG first.

Newegg is good most of the time. We've bought a lot from them at the office, had very few problems. They did mess up one order and return, took a couple of weeks to work out, we had to get nasty about it to get results.

Any vendor can have a problem. It's how the work to make it right that count. Newegg does seem to be better at it than most.

I often wonder if the voices in my head ever get frustrated because I'm just too damn lazy to climb that clock tower.
