Comcast and Kazaa problem

Post by cplclegg »

I have Comcast cable modem service and live in South Jersey. For the last couple days I have been unable to connect to Kazaa. I have not yet tried reinstalling but I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem connecting and maybe Comcast is blocking access?

Never heard anything about CC blocking Kazaa. Are you just unable to make a connection to Kazaa, but have no trouble connecting w/ other internet apps? If so, is it possible that a setting either in Kazaa or any firewall software you may have to blame? I'd definitely double-check your settings-- if comcast were blocking Kazaa, it would be pretty big news and I haven't seen anything posted anywhere about this. Good Luck!

Yeh like he said check your settings and if that dosent work just reinstall, you will still have your files..or at least I still had my files when I reinstalled, I would save what you have in my Kazaa to a different folder first tho, just in case.

I uninstalled and updated to version 1.7.2 of Kazaa lite. Fixed it but deleted some partial downloads for no reason but I can always get them back.
