Hi, is there a software that will create a topology of your network, without having to manually do it?
Also what are some good tools to use to monitor your Network?

3COM has a free tool you can download, the Network Supervisor.
Goes out and maps out your network, even can set it outside your gateway, you can find everyone on your cable node, or connected to your local telco CO if you're on DSL.

Cisco has some excellent software that you can download for free.
I must say that I haven't regretted buying a Cisco router; they have outstanding tech support.
