Lately I've been getting 100% current spikes on SSCX zones ( in subspace, a game), and when I did a trace, one of the routers was giving 99.1% ploss.
IP: 206.108.108.126
I traced the Ip ( using http://www.arin.net/whois/ )and found out it was a bell server in Toronto.
Is there anything I can do to fix this, or am I pretty much stuck with this? I am currently subscribed to Shaw Cable.

Good old Subspace, haven't played that in years. Before SS was abandonware and Virgin still owned it they had a very active message board they told you what to do. Not sure if your problem is fixed or not by now. Many times I have had the exact same problem with other servers and you CAN get it fixed.
When you do the WHOIS there is always a technical contact e-mail address somewhere in the info. Just send them a message telling them that the router at (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) is giving you 99% packetloss. I have had quite a bit of success in contacting them and getting them to fix the problem.
The key is to be patient and polite. You don't tell them to fix it exactly you are just let them know there is a problem. Remember; they like to keep thier systems working properly.
