WinME File Sharing

After re-installing Windows ME, I can't seem to find the file sharing option. Internet connection sharing works OK, but there are some files on the ME box that I'd like to share. When I right click and go to properties there's no sharing option there.

You have to enable sharing in the network props area first.

Whatever I'm doing doesn't seem to work.
Any chance you could walk me through it ?

I had a similar problem with the Win95 comp.

To enable the file and printer sharing you need to go into the regedit, find and delete:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Network
NoFileSharing dword:00000001
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Network
NoPrintSharing dword:00000001

Restart computer. And the option should be there.

Right click on Network Places and select 'properties'
