Windows 9x/2000
For 9x/2000 users a cool thing for changing the Start Menu graphics. And adding some awesome clock function like Sync'ing with an atomic clock, check out TClock (http://homepage1.nifty.com/kazubon/tclock/).
I think I've done enough conventions to know how to spell Melllvar.
