I 've tried on my ADSL 512/128 with RWIN 23232.
Your settings works fine, an my ping is more stable in online games ; but it's strange, I have more lag also.

Hello,just wondering if i should try these #'s with my current RWIN..do you think it would help any Lobo?Or should i try a diff Rwin?Im using cablenut..
XP PRO,1.4TBIRD,512 DDR,Concast ISP...

Ok I used your #'s and put MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server = 99
MaxConnectionsPerServer = 99
DefaultTTL = 32...and used 254 on DefaultTOSValue
Does this look right?any other rwins or values you suggest?

TCP string = 020405b401010402

MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.

MSS = 1460

Unscaled Receive Window = 51100

Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
256960 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
64240 (MSS x 44)

bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 2044 kbps (255.5 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 817.6 kbps (102.2 KBytes/s) @ 500ms

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 23 hops
TTL value is ok.

Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF

Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON

IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 11111110
Precedence (priority) = 111 (Network Control)

Reliability = 1 (high reliability)
Cost = 1 (low cost)

STICKDOG TEST:
Speed 1257(down)/107(up) kbps **

hey lobo on the maxfasttransmit you have 2 or 51100. do you mean to pick either 2 or 51100 or enter it in cablenut "2 or 1500". which is the better number? also there are some boxes that you dont have any info for. some of them are empty. do i have to put anything in there?

Dont enter both numbers at same time either 2 or 51100, which is faster, depends on your connection, try both :)

Win 9x = 2

DefaultTOSValue Between 0 and 255, find a number, reboot heaven

I had a tos setting of 134, what number would you recommend mnosteele52? My caps are 1500/128kb with no packet loss on my line, pings average around 50ms.
