Why is this so cheap?

Its the MSI KT3 ULTRA (MS-6380E-010). It's going for $77 at newegg here. Its not the ULTRA-ARU model, but even that model is cheap @ $108. By the way, whats the difference between the two?

I haven't been keeping an eye on mobo prices lately but I remember when new mobo's came out and they would retail for $200. Anything around $150 woulda been a bargain. Just wondering cuz I might be upgrading my family's computer soon. Thanks

I think the difference is the ARU has Raid and Usb 2.0, while the other doesn't.
