i use audio galaxy and i did'nt get shut down alert

As far as information on these file sharing programs, you can just keep checking for audio news, mp3 ect. just about on any Internet news site.
Just like Musclemanfu2 did.

What I don't understand is the RIAA

Lets say you write and record a song.
You get paid for it.
Someone wants to hear it, lets say ...30years later, you still have to pay?
or your at a family reunion, someone says"oh, are you the one that sings Mr. Postman" and you say "why yes I am"
and they say "will you sing it for us now"
and you say"I sure will for 14.95 a person"

I'm just kidding, but how long does someone have to be paid for a song?
