in a game of cs in a stand still mod when a game is being played notlock on to sumeone my monitor pic well move ???? is this on server side or my side so how much duss the internet play on graphics cards i get 100fps on a gf 3 but y would the pic move ty

ok in a game of cs standing still y would the pic still move just a little it will turn left or right or up and down is this the server doing this ???
