Well
if your going for a 80mm based HS/F, I say go with the Alpha PAL8045. A very solid choice. As for the fan, the delta that comes with the heatsink is surprisingly quiet, it have like 50cfm output and something like 35dba. Very quiet for such a high rate CFM.

if you want a heat sink with 60mm fan and can wait a little, the new thermalright slk600 looks real nice. Right up there with the ax, 7+ & 8045

that is what i run and it is not loud at all, remember your cpu fan is inside of your case so the other fans sort of muffle it.Originally posted by wip3out
