Video Card Replacement Question
Video Card Replacement Question
I have a Voodoo3 2000 PCI vid card in one of my systems, 800 T-Bird/ABIT KT7 Mobo, and I was wondering what would be a good replacement for it in the 32MB range of cards? Thinking for around $100. Does that seem right, and what would you recomend? Obviously want to replace it with and AGP. Thanks

GF3 Ti200 for like $140 US..... 2x the speed of GF2
But then your CPU is the bottleneck, so maybe consider a GF2 MX400 instead

if your gonna get a new vid card don't get something that's 3 generations behind, heh
get something a little more recent that will last you longer
a GF3 Ti 200 for example
or for a little cheaper a GF4 MX 440, the GF4 MX 440 IS faster then a GF2, so that would be a better buy
or an 8500LE
all are under $150 for sure
