i use earthlink/mindspring cable
they advertise 2000/384
i did tests on dslreports.com and i got 1892/363,
i thought that was ok at first but when i looked at other people in cities close to mine they had speed 2200+/360+
only a few people had under 2000/384.
so im wonderin if its my computer settings
