MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.

MSS = 1460
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1460, which is equal to MSS.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 51100
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 51100
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
256960 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
64240 (MSS x 44)

bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 2044 kbps (255.5 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 817.6 kbps (102.2 KBytes/s) @ 500ms

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 57 hops
TTL value is ok.

If you getting over 85% of your service cap then you're all set.

I am not exactally sure what you mean by profile so I will give all the info again.

This is a comp running Win 98 with a Linksys BEFW11S4 router and using Direct TV DSL.

bixus- i would set your RWIN higher because only getting 660 down with 1.5mb dsl is way too slow. try setting it to soemthing liek 256960

I just have those two installed. I am not exactly sure how I would check my duplex. I went to that site in your sig but am not sure what I should do.

Ok, I figured out how to change the duplex but I am not sure exactly what I should set it to. It is currently on Auto mode. I don't use PPPoE DSL either.

I believe DSL is 10mbsFull duplex, Cable 10BaseT Half duple, click on DSL guide in sig below
