since i like playing online, im going w/ AMD! im thinkin of getting XP1800 and i want to ask all of you AMD users what's the best mobo or the sickest mobo for XP1800? any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. thanks..

sickest mobo, SOLTEK SL-75DRV5 looks like i can fit a swifty on this model, hmmmm i may be going with this mobo since epox has a capasitor in the way when using a geforce 4

I absolutly LOVE my MSI K7T266a Pro2 RU.

Its got RAID, USB 2.0, DDR, its RED!, its VERY stable, very fast. I love it, hands down.

i'd go with the Asus A7V 266-E...i find them to be stable and speedy....if you got the bucks and want the latest and greatest go witht he A7V 333...it suports DDR2700, ATA 133 and USB 2.0...if i could aford it that or the A7V 266-E would be on my to get list!

a hundred and one suggestions here. But in the end, its all up to you, some good suggestions so far (From some people.)

I think you should consider the Abit KR7A-133 board for your new box. Good stuff from Abit, always a solid overclocker.

Just a question, but what does getting an AMD have to do with you playing online games?

Ill agree the Abit's are good overclockers, but they have had a bad rap lately, due to all the RMA's.

rofl u went rdram, most ppl woulda gone sd or ddr and wasted their p4. as for me, i'm an amd 'person' however, the p4 does kick some MAJOR bootie. :)

gigabyte mother boards are a good lower price optioni but the asus and abit are worth the extra money they gigabyte come with some nice intergrated stuff if you like that sort of thing
