KK Got your attention.. Is there away if i buy an extra Ip Address of my ISp i can get my cable faster, If there is let me know or a website that would explain it cause Speed is good. Also if any of ya are doing that now Thxs..

usually you get 2 ip addresses with dsl but cable i dont know. it usually costs around 10 or 15 a month more.

getting 2 IPs is not going to speed up your connection over DSL at all. Over cable it could depending if your ISP caps you per IP (this is a hypothetical situation, i really dont know if any do this). Most likely it wont make a difference over cable either. Your speed is not determined by how many IPs you have but by the physical speed of the medium that connects you (DSL, cable, T1, dialup...)
The only way I know it will speed you up is if you want to get two separate DSL lines (two separate wires from the telephone company) and then get some hardware/software solution that allows you to use both of them at the same time. This is expensive and hard to do, and IMHO not worth it at all.
