lo guys, ive had cable for a while, just had to format c:\ for various reasons, i tweaked my conn a while ago and now dont remember where i got the tweak from, i play a lot of online unreal tournament, can someone pls give me a url for a decent tweak proggie that could perhaps get my ping down to what it used to be?

(i have already tried altering settings within unreal tournament)
