webcam prob

Post by jlwggns »

i have a D-Link DSC-350 webcam/camera.

it works fine as a camera but when i go to use it as a webcam it will work for a few min then i loose the webcam, and of the computer locks up.

have been to D-Links site and no help there.

at times i even loose the listing for the camera in the ctrl panel in the system folder.

when i turn the cam on i get a window display listing "Microsoft WDM Image Capture Ver 4.10.0 1998".

i tried to find a newer version but had no luck at microsfts update page.

anyone familiar with this webcam?

thanks
