Need Speed Tweaks For XP

Guys, I just got cable internet service, Motorola 4100 and Windows XP this week. I'm looking to get the most out of my new Cable Connection. Are there any tweaks available yet for XP? What about programs like Accelerate 2K2 2.0 or Accel SpeedTec 2.1.174. Are these programs any good and do they work with XP since they mention only Windows 2000? Thanks for any help...
