What should the LinkSpeed/Duplexmode of the NIC connected to the cable modem be set at?

If you are running a Motorolla Surfboard SB4100 Cable Modem you can set it to 100Mb/Full Duplex. I haven't noticed a difference personally, as only the connection between your PC and your Cable Modem will be a 100Mb/Full Duplex conncection. Your upload/download beyond the Cable Modem will still be 10Mb/Half Duplex MAXIMUM. I'm sure your CAP is lower than 10Mb per second.

If you are running any other Cable Modem that I am aware of you need to have it set to 10Mb/Half Duplex...
