If you just suspect you might have one, open up a word processor and type for a while while watching your harddrive light. If it keeps flickering while you're pressing keys, that's a bad sign. Some, but not all, will appear in the list if you press Ctrl-Alt-Delete.

Some of the more common ones reside in Windows/System, so have a look there. Often the filename is something obvious like Keylogger.exe with Keylogger.txt underneath it.

Check your registry with RegClean or some such utility, look for suspicious programs in the start up area to see if something odd is running whenever you boot up.

Download TDS-3 (30 day free trial)... this is a pretty extensive trojan-hunter, if you're worried about keylogging via a trojan infection. Even if you don't have a trojan, TDS-3 will report all keyloggers it finds on your computer IF you check all the options in the scanning configuration.

If you're bored, go to shareware/freeware sites, search for keyloggers, and read up on how they work; this can give you some ideas on where to look on your computer.

Probably there is an easier way but that's how I would go about it. Good luck.
