Try these RWIN's (Default Rvc Window)
1 at a time in box on adjuster inside 4.2 on desktop. GlobalmaxTcpWindowSize-BLANK
Save to registry at bottom and reboot each time you change value in adjuster
Check analyzer here at Speedguide to be sure you have RWIN in, thank you
Try: 64240, 554800 or 578160 or 607360 :) :) :) :)

See help page, 2nd page at bottom for Tips and how to do speed test.

Please click in my signature where it says Test your tweak here, then:
At top where it says edit click and select, Select all,
Then go back to same edit button at top, click and select copy.
Come back to Speedguide, same thread you were on, in post reply box, with cursor blinking at begining of box go to top, edit, click, select paste, click, this will put information in box. Please X out your IP address, Thank you.
Please include OS & system specs in your reply :)

I would call my provider and complain. Ask them why you're download speeds are slower than your upload. Don't complain about having a high upload, because having a high upload is great. Make sure they don't lower your upload speeds to bring up your download speeds. Do you know if anyone in your area with the same service as you is getting the same speeds, or is it just you?

Mark, I believe you need to start over as our patch does not put RWIN 63888 in, did you load one of Cablenuts ccs files, you were not supposed to, just download his software for adjuster, add/remove Cablenut from your computer in control panel, this will remove his and ours, then follow direstions on help page :) :)

Not all PC's behave the same way with different patches/tweaks applied. In the same vein; not all PC's respond the same way to Cable/DSL modems. Some PC's need to be adjusted to accept this hardware. The ISP's are reluctanct to send anyone out cuz it will cost them money. :(
Please accept Ajax and xbit's suggestion: Call your ISP provider. Make them come out and fix your connection so u get what you're paying for.
When the Tough gets going: Follow them

DSL Reports says:

Tweaking may fix
Slow download speeds
Download slower than upload speed
Skipping in TCP streaming video/audio
Blank web pages
Connection issues to some sites

Download slower than upload speed :) :) :)

If you loaded a ccs file first, some of those settings are sill in registry, add/remove Cablenut which will remove ours and start over, you have all the info above :) :) :)
