For PC I definately have to say Star Craft. Its like 5 years old, and still going strong on BNET!

I also agree with Banshee, Rollercoaster Tycoon is FUN!

no one lives forever was really fun. The single player halflife just lost my interest after a while. Maybe it was the Austin powers like theme that made me play no one lives forever more..

Wolfenstein
Jagged Allience, Jagged Alliance Deadly Games, Jagged Alliance 2
X-Com
Tribes1,2
Redneck Rampage
Final Fantasy 7
And Warcraft 3 will OWN.

I think Civilization2 and Alpha Centauri were a Waste of Time.
We have seen their kind before. They're the heirs of all the murderous ideologies of the 20th century. By sacrificing human life to serve their radical visions, by abandoning every value except the will to power, they follow in the path of fascism, Nazism and totalitarianism. And they will follow that path all the way to where it ends in history's unmarked grave of discarded lies.

Speaking of Pong, my parents still have an original arcade pong machine from the seventies. :rotfl:

My favorite PC games are Phantasmagoria 1&2, Drowned God, and Redneck Rampage. Keep in mind I haven't played many PC games.
