I have keys but they are not working for some reason when i enter them at Microsoft, ... anyways merry christmas and i work on this later i suppose

Dang! You're a week late. I just through out a Win7 Pro disc. ( I guess you really didn't want to hear that ).

I am sure that I have some Win 7 Pro, 64 bit, SP1 disks laying around. Probably a dozen or so...

thanks gents, i was going to install winders 7 on my folks PC over the weekend, easy peasy right ?

well the DVD iso i burned was no freaking good and i should have made a USB bootdisc as well, but whatever LOL

got an image off some torrent site, no freaking good either, so the guy i got the keys from 1.5 years ago from another forum was kind enough to rip his copy and put it on drop box for me, awesome dude for sure :)

now i just need to figure out why after a couple of reboots during the install the monitor goes blank, errrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!

i am going to make a thread in software about it and maybe a fix if i can find one
