is there a multiple backup in windows 7
is there a backup option in windows that can do one backup a day for a week or until i delete it that also can backuo while windows or file in use or is there a exterl program that can do the to a cloud hosting or something

Depends on what/how you want to backup. Full images? Or just data?
Windows 7 has a backup utility that can make full image backups. (depending on what version of Win7 you have)
Windows 7 also has Shadow Copy/Previous Versions....so you can go right click a file or folder...and go to previous versions..and extract a file or folder made at an earlier time. VERY handy feature many people don't know about.
And there are TONS of cloud based offsite backup companies out there. I prefer to use local companies...to help boost the local economy...rather than spending your money overseas. I see you're in Canada...do a search for internet backup or cloud backup in Canada. Lots of options for either home users or businesses.
