I got a charge and it is not through the court systems yet. I filled out a BG check two days after the charge. Will it show up?

Depends on how your court system updates mis/fel charges. I would still list it because it could come back and bite you in the ass.

It did show up. It was a misdemeanor so they hired me anyway.
