Maybe this has been out for a while, but this program some how saved me from having to redo a PC. Could not do Windows Updates or install Malwarebytes prior to running this program.

It has neat way of repairing reg errors. At the begaining of the scan. Mostly for Microsoft framework. I use it alot and a few other of Eset small cleaners.
