This was covered by many media outlets including a local one....but this doesn't surprise me at all in the Richmond area. I always pack a few 9's on me when I ride around that area - last time I stayed there was a little less than a year ago and I made sure truck was parked under a light at the hotel and nearest to the door, can't take no chances there that's for sure.
