Is this safe to run on a 2003 server? I need to know which a-hole is eating up my hard drive space.

Treesize worked really well.

Not on a domain my good man so I don't think I can implement quotas.

It will be a job just to get these people to clean out their directories.

You should try Directory Report

It has a feature, Largest User, which reports all users and their total files and total bytes
