I've been effing with this garage for 3 weeks. Just put a 2 part epoxy on the garage floor. A couple spots of touch up on the paint and it will be done.

Just cars and junk for now. When the kids move out, different story. I told my wife when the kids go to college I'm buying a Porsche.

My kids are paying their own college. I will help with additional expenses, but they can do it on their own. My wife and I are still paying for her school 10 years later.

The epoxy is supposed to be slip resistant it did however come with a bag of aluminum oxide chips for added traction (which I did not use). We keep the cars outside. The SXS and 4 wheelers stay in the garage.

That's really nice looking man.. well done.. I would use it for an extra living area.
Game room.. maybe put a server rack in there.

The floor is concrete. When I built the house I had the concrete finishers dye the concrete when it was wet. They then power floated the floor. Once that was done and dry they came back and "scored" the floor with a concrete saw and put a sealer on. I removed the old sealer (a true PITA btw) grouted the lines and then put on the epoxy.loop2kil wrote:Very nice job...what kind of flooring is underneath that epoxy? That looks really good.
