Judgement Day Thread

Post by Sava700 »

Well we are closing in on 2012, what do you guys think will happen? So far we've seen a increase in earthquakes, nearly 5000 birds just fall dead from the sky and who knows what else is next?

http://www.cnn.com/2011/US/01/02/arkans ... index.html
Arkansas game officials hope testing scheduled to begin Monday will solve the mystery of why up to 5,000 birds fell from the sky just before midnight New Year's Eve.

The birds -- most of which were dead -- were red-winged blackbirds and starlings, and they were found within a one-mile area of Beebe, about 40 miles northeast of Little Rock, the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission said. Birds fell over about a one-mile area, the commission said in a statement.

As of Saturday, between 4,000 and 5,000 birds had been found dead, said Keith Stephens with the commission.

"Shortly after I arrived, there were still birds falling from the sky," said commission wildlife officer Robby King in the statement. He said he collected about 65 dead birds.
I guess now we can start posting "mystery" things that happen and discuss it! :)

:wth: Well with a simple attempt at keeping the thread civil, then no that doesn't count.

Really... just look at everything that is or has happened (REAL EVENTS) and discuss.

Well lets start a check list:

California just got more rain in a few weeks that would normally account for a whole year!

Australia is flooding with water covering the area the size of France and Germany combined!!!

When I hear of all the 2012 panic it reminds me of the Y2K scare. So the weathers changed a bit?

I would go with none of the above, but that's boring. I'll say a big tsunami in 2012. We'll be about due for one then. And I'll throw in a bonus prediction of a major earthquake in 2011.

Y2K was about some computer glitches.. this is about the end of the world as we know it, a bit different and certainly worth some valid discussion.

Except the world isnt ending, which just means you are trolling, which makes it less valid than Y2K. :)

You don't know it isn't ending with 100% certainty ... and its just a thread for some discussion with current big time topics and things happening around the world.

There are so many different theories out there.

1. I've read that the earth is slowly shifting its axis -- the reason for the weird climate.
2. I've also read that we will experience a dimensional shift. Not all of us will shift with it. -- This one sounds like the "rapture" event in the Bible.

All I can say is be happy and hope for the best.

Yep.. perfect example, now the first batch had them using the coverup excuse of fireworks maybe doing it..but now you have another!? Anyone remember the movie The Core? Remember when all the birds just started flying into stuff and dying everywhere?! Yeah something is happening!

A better example would be the crows dying in the TV show Regenesis.

But it does happen with birds and fireworks. The 80,000+ fish would be a better example so far, until they rule it as a definite disease.

To be honest, if I were in an area where flocks of dead birds starting falling out of the sky, I would be way freaked out.

Isn’t that the same kind of bird that fell here, fell there?

I remember the movie.
btw a bird's body is so small it can't handle a direct lightning strike and since when we are doing fireworks during the day ?
There have been some tests done already and the birds were found to have all of their internal organs LIQUIFIED.

Government testing...something that we have no idea of what they are doing. I wonder how far from the populace this testing took place.

That guy that was killed...that wasn't a robbery. I am sure he was killed for a good reason.

Ya can't ignore the facts here on these birds dying.. something is going on!!!
The New Year's Eve bird showers in Arkansas, followed by the death of thousands of fish nearby in the Arkansas River, have raised interest on the internet and elsewhere, including by some who see the strange events as signs of the apocalypse.
"They started going crazy, flying into one another," Game and Fish Commission spokesman Keith Stephens said.
And just to rule out the fireworks theory.. I fired off two big morters today with a few pcks of blackcats near a bunch of around a hundred black birds feeding in my backyard and they just flew off.. none died or dropped from the sky. *** Just to note I do this alot cause the little bastards like to crap all over my house and stuff.. neighbors do it too.***

More:
A survey conducted by the Federation of Fishermen's Colony of Paraná, Paranaguá on the coast of the state, indicates that at least 100 tons of fish (sardine, croaker and catfish) have turned up dead since last Thursday off the coast of Parana.

On Sunday, representatives from the Environmental Institute of Paraná (IAP), the Secretary of State for the Environment and Water Resources (SEMA), took samples to verify the reason for the deaths. The report will be released today.

The president of the Federation of Fishermen's Colony of Parana, Edmir Manoel Ferreira, reports that between Paranaguá and Guaraqueçaba at least 2,800 fishermen depend on the daily seafood.

“ "On Thursday we began to realize very dead fish. Only one community came to bury 15 tons. We are experiencing a very sad situation on the coast, "reports.
Nearly 83,000 Drum Fish wash up on shore, 20,000 Fish show up dead in the Chesapeake Bay
Fisheries officials are investigating the death of hundreds of snapper washed up on Coromandel Peninsula beaches. Beachgoers at Little Bay and Waikawau Bay found the fish - many with their eyes missing - dead on the sand yesterday. Aucklander James Hughes, who was visiting friends, said they were sitting around when children in their group ran towards them holding fish. "We said, 'Where'd you get them?' and they said they just started floating up to the beach." Mr Hughes and others on the beach began walking towards the spot where the fish had washed up, and found many dead fish in the water too.

Im with Debbie on this one... the gov is an easier and more plausible explanation. Both instances seem to be really specific to one species of bird or fish unless something isnt being reported. That sounds more gov than mother nature.

I was reading some crazy conspiracy theories recently and quite a few of them pointed out that the Maya calendar will just reset and go on from the start or we can expect some drastic climatic changes.

And year 2000 was a problem for both digital (computer-related) and non-digital documentation and data storage situations which resulted from the practice of abbreviating a four-digit year to two digits.(wiki)

What's the link between 2000 and 2012 ?
