A judge is sending Lindsay Lohan to
jail for 90 days after ruling she violated probation in a 2007 drug case by failing to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes.
Lohan immediately burst into tears after the sentencing.

Ohh no I believe in her first amendment rights but she doesn't have a right to be contempt in court which is what she was doing there. Yes funny and wrong at the same time.
She's entitled to every single right that a human being is entitled to yet she CHOOSES to be an Idiot. She's only shedding tears because her paltry little jail time is going to interrupt her partying. I really hope she gets her $hit together because at this point she seems like the Mike Tyson of female actresses, ie coulda, woulda, shoulda but in the end just dumb.
