When I go to speedtest.net I get 32 down and 5 up. Once I connect my VPN to my office I get 4 down and 1 up.
Why is the connection so slow? The IT guy at my office says it’s an issue on my side and he can't help me.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What size is the internet pipe at the network that you're VPN'ing into?
What type of VPN is it? Sounds like it won't allow split tunnel...meaning your internet traffic passes through your offices connection.
