will the the second router boost the signal of the internet of a 15 meter long ethernet cable from router 1? Thanks

Ethernet cable is rated for 100 meters...(a hair over 300 feet). To go beyond that requires a repeater...(a switch will do that).
For just 49 feet there is no need for a repeater....there is no drop that requires a boost.
