How about this? Imo, it just works with a little more saturation and contrast...along with a slight tilt.

My take on it:

Adjusted the curves, spot healed a number of things, and removed a couple of things like the rock in the water on the left side. Still learning a lot with CS5, but hopefully you like the pic :)

added a couple more layers, bit of blur, any more layers and the red gets over saturated.
