Agreed. This is what happens to an entitlement minded society when their freebies get cut off. They revolt because they're losing what they've been accustomed to receiving for God knows how long. Luckily, some sense of normalcy will return to Congress in November which will bring Obama's plans for even bigger government to a halt.

We can hope. If voter turnout for the November Elections are anything like the primaries here, which was less then 22%, then I fear what might possibly happen.

The masses (voters) will not get interested in this until it affects them personally. So far... the price of banana's has not gone up all that much so all is good. 22% is an indicator that people have not felt the pain yet, or the pain they have felt is not enough to get them out of the chair.

It's going to have to be a BIG train wreck that puts body parts on the face of the TV before the masses stand up and take notice. So far... they are still squeezing tomatoes and not too worried about tomorrow.
People will forget what you said... and people will forget what you did... but people will never forget how you made them feel.

You mean like the the biggest expansion of entitlement programs in decades (medicare part D)?

Oh wait, that was a republican congress under a republican president.

Just like the talking points of the Republican Party.

"Cut Taxes, No Socialism" *panders to Old White Folk for votes, even if it's counter to their party's platform*

The best part of this reply is where you don't deny I'm right, you just make some baseless accusation about thing that arouse me.

Nice.
