He came with a student visa. Stayed here illegally after it ran out. Kept his nose clean and met my sister. They decided to take a trip to Vancouver, BC. The US border let him out but the Canadian Border wouldn't let him into Canada so they turned around to go back into the US. Canada called the US border and he was stopped and deported to Mexico since he was an illegal. During this process he put his Drivers License in his shoe. When he got to Mexico, he went to the border, showed his ID and they let him in and he flew back home.

Tell me there isn't a problem with border security.....

After that, he married my sister,went through the process and gained his citizenship.

So don't tell me I'm ignorant of the immigration process. I'm the one who bought him a $500 watch when he got his citizenship. And you can guess the brand of watch I bought him.

Hell, this law goes the extra step and doesn't allow the police to question someone they might suspect is illegal unless they've already stopped them for something else. In Arizona, regardless of skin color, the illegals will more than likely only speak Spanish and using that, along with other things like the person acting suspicious COULD be a clue for the officer that the person may be illegal and therefore ask them for documentation.
