CCNA course through Offshore Training

I am working as a System administrator and looking forward to do a CCNA course which will be sponsored by my company. I am also looking for a holiday and different kind of an experience and would not mind traveling for the same. I have come across the term “Offshore Training” where one can club learning with holidays. What does it exactly implies? Has anybody attended a course through “Offshore Training”? Any useful information will be appreciated.
