The weak spot is the upload, but that is only because I have a DOCSIS 1.1 modem and I need a DOCSIS 3.0 modem, and then I'll be getting 3mbps upload speeds.....

Really enjoying 30mbps download speeds, yes, that is close to 4MB/sec download speeds, I often burst just slightly over the cap of 3.75MB/sec....

This upgrade came free, before, I had 20mbps/1.5mbps, the new caps are 30/3, $55 a month....

Not bad for a little town up in the mountains of NC

I had mine upgrade for free too! I just called charter and told them what Fios was offering and they matched the speed with a $10 a month discount.

The only thing available in my town is AT&T DSL or CableOne, and the cable package maxes at 5 Mbps for $55 a month. Lulz.

I've been using 3.0 Mbps AT&T DSL Direct (meaning no phone service) and yesterday called to get upgraded to the maximum package of 6.0 Mbps; she told me it was $5.00 more a month. coming to $40.00/mo. No brainer.

Still with Comcast here.. been good here lately

Each place I test is about the same, the upload is more important to me which appears to be steady at near 4Mb/s at times.

Went through Clearwire for my service. It was that or a crappy little rinky dink dsl service contracted to this apartment complex that only offers 1.5/128. Upload could be a lot better, but considering the available options, it's not too bad, especially for a WiMax service...
