Monitor and Graphics card recommendations for photoshop

I'm looking for some monitor recommendations for photoshop use. Color accuracy is important (what's on screen is what will print). Prefer 22" or higher with max res of 1920x1200.

Also, what graphics card will I need to run this kind of display. Will onboard graphics of either AMD 4200hd or intel X9100 work, or will I need to buy a dedicated card?
