One of Your threads redirected My computer

What's going on here. I have been coming here for quite a few years and have never been redirected to another site (Norton).


A sticky from Ken had the words "computer security" underlined in blue, I clicked on it thinking it was giving additional info, but no, it redirected me to Norton, trying to sell Norton internet security. I've never had that happen to me.

I just went back to that sticky and its not underlined. Knowing I could not have imagined it, I went into myu history data and sure enough, its listed there under "everyclickmatters"

Whats going on here, did I catch something from that post?????????????Its really too hard for me to believe I got hijacked here but...............

That thread which Ken made is older, we probably need to update it, but I checked his posts in that thread, there are no hidden redirects in it, any links are clear and not hidden.

Perhaps your browser has some add-on or toolbar which picked up on links.
