I have had a Linksys WRT54GS v5 (Speedboost) for the last few years. Now it is getting flaky and ever like 3 days or so, needs to be unplugged and plugged back in.
So I was going to stop at Microcenter, which is in my area, sometime next week and wanted to know if any1 had a suggestion of a router that was good but doesn't cost a mint.
Suggestion of new wireless router

Nah the firmware didn't help, the router was quite abused over the years with moving stuff around it. Just wanted a suggestion for a new router, since it's going to be used for my side of the house and then next door to my brother's.
Xbox 360 is gonna be wired to it and our 2 PS3s are gonna be wireless, have 3 pcs in the house (2 wireless, 1 wired) and 2 laptops sometimes 3. I was thinking another Linksys maybe like the Dual-band N or something for the range but idk cause i've been hearing some shotty stuff about those new black versions they make.

I just got a Netgear WGR 614v9.
I am happy with it, does what it's supposed to do.
It was fairly Cheap.
My dad also has the same one, and no issues that I know off.
I was also looking at a Buffalo Model (WHR-HP-G54) and the WRT54GL on Newegg, but went with this one, due to the fact that we bought it locally.
Some people were suggesting the newer 'N' routers though.
