The Smart Bros internet service is through a roof antenna. Quite a few users have reported that the ISP tech laid an extra long cable from the roof antenna to the comp, and coiled up the excess cable length.
Uncoil the cable and lay it in big 'S's and then tie the cable in a bundle.
