Prayer request

Post by Gixxer »

remember this:

https://www.speedguide.net/forums/ ... ht=prayers

as an update to her condition, she has had the lumps removed and they are confident they have it all. there still is chemo she has to go through, but for the most part they think she will pull through.

that is the good news.
now for the bad.

on a different note, my other cousin which happens to be her brother, had heart failure yesterday morning and is in a Columbus hospital in critical condition, and the docs said "if" he makes it until Monday they will replace a valve.

my aunt Ginny is in shambles due to both of her kids now being very ill. please pray for all.

Prayer for the sick
Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the sick, we turn to you in this time of illness. O dearest comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. Dear God, we place our worries in your hands. We place our sick under your care and humbly ask that you restore your servant to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your will and know that whatever you do, you do for the love of us. Amen.

Gixxer if she wants to talk about the valve replacement and such, please send her to my (Not really mine, but I run it) valve replacement forum. http://www.valvereplacement.com

Sorry Philip, not trying to advertise, only give help to some very frightened people.

my aunt sent me an email:

"Virginia just called......the operation was much worse than anticipated.....he is critical and no one can see him, not even family for at least three days...........but if they can get him past this crisis, he should survive....."

I'm assuming they went ahead with the valve replacement. It's hard enough for a physically fit person to get knocked to their knees and it's 1000 times harder for someone who is already way down on the ill side. Don't be surprised if this turns into weeks. Been there, done that!
