What type of connection do you have? Cable, DSL etc. Who is your ISP? What connection speed are you supposed to be getting?

Run a speedtest at SpeedTest.net.
Do a tracert. Post results here.

i am using 3G broadband IndosatM2 (ISP) jakarta, and for modem using phone nokia N70, sometime the connection is good but now i like crazy...very slowly the speed only 7 kb/s until 17 kb/s, can u help me how i can tweak my speed connection using TCPoptimizer or change in registry

2 mbps or 3 mbps line ?
