I know this should be something simple but I can't find this in Group Policy anywhere. I checked Administrator Template and all that is there is Windows Components.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can hide via
user config / network / network connections

There is no network option under user config.

I forgot to say admin templates, but you did not look very hard. There are only 3 sections....
