It is in the most definitive way a compliment (say between) two drinking buddies or friends when they want to call each other out in an attempt to bring attention to the other for what ever foolish reason it may be, there are no rules, and it is taken by the friend as a compliment. Well, I got home yesterday and the VX-6R was waiting for me. I have been only listening to the repeater, trying to hear how a normal conversation goes.

I'm planning on doing the general soon. Did you do that one yet?
