I am paying for lowest DSL speed available (384kbps) because I only need for browsing, email and the likes and I got a good connection at work but lo and behold I always get 10mbps down connection at speedtest.net, uload is only 800kbps. Then 2 weeks ago I noticed I really have a fast connection so I went to speedtest.net again and whoah here's what I got.
I thought this isn't possible on a regular DSL connection, I usually can download 1GB in 15 minutes or so in Torrent, once I was able to finish a 3.3GB file in less than an hour. So any one got ideas why I get a fast connection? I am NOT complaining or anyting just want to know out of curiousity.
