I've been using calling cards for a bit now, since they provide flexibility and are cheap.
I've bought many over time with different companies.. What I hated was paying 5$ for a card and if I don't use it or get a dropped call I lose time or the card expires.. so I looked for alternatives.. and found
JSTELCO.
So for a while now I have been using cards from JSTELCO "http://www.jstelco.com/"
They are great! I charge the card online.. hassle free, if I have issues I call their customer support and am greeted with a friendly voice and assisted instantly.. this is Truly the peoples calling card.
Figured I would promote them they have been wonderful.

Ok maybe dialing from home for 2 cents is ok (not great) but how is getting an extra charge for dialing a toll free access number a good deal?

Speaking of online calling cards (not online resellers) I think Onesuite has one of the best service out there in terms of rates and quality service. It's not the cheapest yes but you will get quality calls most of the time. It has 800 number and local access number and a 24/7 customer support to boot.
At the same time you can also use your account for voip calls without additional cost to you.
